The Senior Manager, Program Business Lead will lead a cross-functional team responsible for driving transformational process improvements in connection with the successful implementation of a global ERP solution. This role acts as the business partner to the Executive Steering Committee.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Empowered and responsible for overall business transformation program outcome with a focus on driving value across the business through comprehensive simplification and optimization of current processes.
Supports the successful implementation of a global ERP foundation and other adjacent projects.
Business partner to the Project NEXT Executive Steering Committee and functional business leaders
Leads four Global Business Process Owners (Value Stream Leaders/Change Leaders) and advances their process transformation initiatives.
Partners with the Program Digital Technology Director to facilitate an environment of open communication and transparency , drive the resolution of critical program issues, determine program scope and review and approve key program deliverables.
Responsible for implementing an enterprise-wide process governance strategy that will align the program and the Global Process Owner organization to the business strategy.
Communicate with all levels of the organization on project status.Distill complex topics or issues for review with business partners that leads to greater comprehension and actionable solutions.
Ten (10) or more years businessexperience .
Three (3) or more years of managerial/supervisory experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel 10%.
Success in leading others in a fast pace work environment.
