Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Senior Transportation Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

  • Direct the development, organization, and production of proposals and marketing materials such as presentation materials, resumes, and brochures. These efforts include a significant amount of research as well as technical and creative writing.
  • Evaluate technical content to ensure that it satisfies the RFP requirements/evaluation criteria, writes/edits proposal sections, and independently evaluates and clarifies client requests prior to submitting materials.
  • Coordinate visual marketing strategies including but not limited to: proposal covers, brochures boards, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Coordinate and direct the efforts on both marketing and database/information management.
  • Responsible for entering and maintaining pursuit information in the database.
  • Prepare and generate meeting minutes to include proposal work, plan/manage assignments, collect and organize proposal contents.
  • Provide administrative support including word-processing, desktop publishing, and graphic design skills to produce proposals and presentations.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a relevant degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years marketing experience (leading and managing the proposal and interview process), preferably in the A/E/C industry.
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign and MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proven writing ability.
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

The expected compensation range for this position is $67,000.00 - $94,000.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.
