About the Role:
Experienced Veeva Vault Administrator supports the corporate Vault Platform, collaborating and supporting the Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, Medical and Commercial groups and respective Vaults as needed. Leads in Vault governance by collaboration with Vault teams to provide strategy and guidance on Vault best practices. Participates and assists Vault teams on projects and initiatives. Ensures GxP compliance and assists in documentation, change control and user provisioning. Analyzes existing systems and formulates logic for new solutions and enhancements or expansion of already existing system functionality. Contributes to decisions on policies and procedures. Researches and leads initiatives on expansion strategies and product evaluations. Due to the collaborative nature of this role, it requires someone to be onsite at a minimum of 4 - 5 days a week._
Your contributions (include, but are not limited to):BS/BA degree in computer science, mechanical engineering or life sciences or related field and 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, within a Clinical, Quality and/or Regulatory setting providing impactful solutions to end users
Candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience in supporting Veeva Vault application; including 1 or more of the following: Quality (QD/QMS), Regulatory (RIM/Submissions), Clinical (eTMF/CTMS) and Medical (PromoMats/MedComms)
Veeva Vault platform certification desired
Computer science, mechanical engineer or life science or related degree preferred
4+ years working with or for life sciences companies; including, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or medical device organizations
Proficient in administration, usage, and management of the Veeva Vault platform in a validated setting
Familiar with validation documentation, including IQ/OQ/PQ, URS, validation plans, SOPs, WIs, etc.
Proficient in usage of and purpose of issue tracking software (ITSM) in a support setting
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills
Understands key business drivers and uses this understanding to accomplish work
Has strong understanding of processes, procedures and systems used to accomplish the work and recognizes downstream impact on other functional areas
Proficient with tools and processes that support work conducted by functional area
Ability to work as part of a team; may train lower levels
Excellent computer skills
Strong communications, problem-solving, analytical thinking skills
Detail oriented yet can see broader picture
Highly accountable and self-motivated
Ability to meet multiple deadlines, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $106,400.00-$154,325.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
