Job Location US-OR-Beaverton | US-WA-Bellevue
ID 2024-11157 Status Full Time Shift Evening Schedule Mon - Thurs Hours of Work 9:30am - 8:00pm
Responsibilities

This position has dual responsibility of providing leadership at the site and direct supervision of program counselors while also providing direct services to patients.

As a working supervisor, this role is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the program to ensure coordination of staff and clinical services for continuity of patient care. iIn addition to providing direct clinical services, this role is responsible for also providing clinical supervision to counselors, students, and clinical interns to facilitate development of clinical competency and ethical practice.

    Provide services to patients according to the Hazelden Betty Ford model and standards of care
  • Supervise daily operations of the site's programming, ensuring the services delivered are in accordance with Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation's model of care, standards of care and whose focus aligns with the strategic plan
  • Manage the selection, placement, development and performance of Counselors and interns
  • Represent Hazelden Betty Ford services to various audiences to ensure consistent knowledge of services, processes and participation
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Degree or equivalent

    • OR: CADC

  • Two or more years' experience in substance use or behavioral health field

  • Current CPR certification or obtain within 30 days (fully remote work employees exempt).

    • Certification must be from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • LMHC, LMFC, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or related field licensure
