-Executes and is responsible for basic alteration services (i.e. Hemming, patch and repair, tapering, etc.) and more technical alterations (e.g. Fitting/tailoring items other than jeans, where more technical equipment is necessary; detailed appearance altering processes.)
-Exemplifies and possesses strong customer service skills to elevate our clients experience.
-Educates and trains store teams on customer offerings and services provided by the Tailor Shop.
-Assist with responsibilities on the selling floor and fitting room as needed or as requested by store management.
-Comply with all Levi's policy and programs.
