Minimum of 10-15 years of experience of progressive responsibility in managing projects:
• Experience performing transportation systems, an emphasis in water engineering and/or experience working with municipal clients is preferred. Experience covering permitting support, construction management and related civil engineering tasks is also preferred;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering;
• Current Civil P.E. registration for the States of Virgina or the ability to acquire within 6 months.
• Ability to meet with clients, produce plans and specifications, and mentor junior engineering staff.
