What You Need to Know

Client Care Liaison Responsibilities

  • Responsible for initiating contact with new clients upon notification from the Intake Department
  • Answer and triage telephone calls coming into the staffing department
  • Monitor the EMR system and complete daily attendance verification
  • Prepare, monitor, and distribute open case/client coverage report for the Client Service Staffers and Supervisors
  • Communicate scheduling and/or service changes to clients, payors and caregivers as needed

Qualifications

Client Care Liaison Qualifications

  • Previous home health care or home care experience highly desirable
  • High School or GED required
  • Bi-Lingual English/Spanish a plus
