PURPOSE: The People Experience Partner role serves as the strategic partner to all levels of management in designated teams by providing tactical and strategic consulting to solve complex organizational challenges. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Employee Relations practitioner who has working knowledge and understanding of applicable employment laws and regulations, as well as extensive employee relations experience across both exempt and non-exempt populations. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of HR principles, demonstrate problem-solving skills to address complex HR challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative solutions. Lastly, the ideal candidate should align with FormFactor Values, contributing to a positive work environment fostering a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and collaboration.

The pay range for this role in Livermore is between $104,600 and $137,235. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
